Why is my Pin-Up account blocked?
If your Pin up account is blocked, it usually means a security or verification issue. To check and restore access:
- Try logging in – see if you get a message (blocked, suspended, verification needed, etc.).
- Check your email and SMS – Pin-Up normally sends a reason and instructions.
- Prepare documents – NID/passport, bank card or payment screenshots, and any proof of address if they ask.
