Why is the Pin Up app not working?

If the Pin up app is not opening or loading properly, usually it’s a small technical issue:

  1. Check your internet:

    • Make sure mobile data or Wi‑Fi is on and stable.
    • Try opening any other website/app to confirm.

  2. Update or reinstall the app:

    • Go to the official Pin Up mobile page or trusted store.
    • Download the latest version and install.
    • If needed, uninstall the old app first.

  3. Clear cache and storage (Android):

    • Open Settings → Apps → Pin Up → Storage.
    • Tap Clear cache (and if needed, Clear data).

  4. Check access issues:

    • Sometimes casino apps may be restricted by network providers in Bangladesh.
    • Try a different network or Wi‑Fi.

If nothing helps, contact Pin Up support with a screenshot and your device model.
