Why can’t I log in to my Pin-Up account?

Try these steps:

- Turn off Bangla keyboard or auto-correct when entering data.
- Reset your password:
- On the login page, click “Forgot password?”.
- Choose phone or email, get the code, and set a new password.
- Check account status:
- If you see a message like “account blocked” or “temporarily suspended”, contact support in live chat or email.
- Fix technical issues:
- Clear browser cache, or try another browser.
- Turn off VPN and ad-blockers.
- Try mobile app or mobile internet if the website is slow.
